Israeli forces committed new violations of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, amid a political deadlock over the second phase.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Central Command expanded open-fire orders in the West Bank, leading to a rise in civilian casualties from army gunfire, according to Haaretz.

Abu Obeida: Handover of Their Captives Will Be Postponed
ABU OBEIDA:
Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades, stated that the resistance leadership has monitored the enemy’s violations and failure to adhere to the terms of the agreement, while the resistance has fulfilled all its obligations.
He announced that the handover of Zionist captives, scheduled for release next Saturday, will be postponed until further notice, pending the occupation’s compliance and compensation for the obligations of the past weeks retroactively. Abu Obeida emphasized their commitment to the terms of the agreement as long as the occupation adheres to its commitments.
